2. Registration & Account Responsibility

When you register with Pan India Matrimony, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your profile.
• Update your information promptly if there are any changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Be responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Not create multiple or fake profiles for the same person.
• Not transfer your membership to another person.

We reserve the right to verify your details, reject incomplete or false profiles, or delete accounts that violate our policies.

3. Communication Consent

By registering on our website, you authorize Pan India Matrimony and its representatives to contact you via:

• Phone calls
• SMS / WhatsApp messages
• Emails and notifications

These communications may include service updates, payment reminders, or promotional offers. You may opt-out anytime by emailing us at support@panindiamatrimony.in.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your data may be retained as required by applicable Indian laws.

5. Membership & Payments

• Free Membership allows limited access to basic services.
• Paid Membership gives access to advanced features like contact information and priority matchmaking.
• All payments are non-refundable once processed, except for duplicate transactions or technical errors.
• Payments are processed securely through verified third-party payment gateways.
• Members are responsible for ensuring valid payment details during transactions.

6. Profile Content Guidelines

Members must ensure all photos, descriptions, and personal details are respectful and truthful. The following are not allowed:

• Uploading inappropriate or offensive pictures.
• Using fake or copyrighted images.
• Adding misleading information in the “About Me” section.
• Advertising other services or businesses in your profile.

Pan India Matrimony reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates our guidelines.

7. User Conduct

• Use the platform strictly for matrimonial purposes only.
• Do not harass, abuse, or misbehave with other members.
• Do not solicit money, gifts, or personal favors from others.
• Do not share or post obscene, defamatory, or unlawful material.
• Do not impersonate any person or create a profile on someone else’s behalf.

Violation of these conditions may lead to immediate suspension or permanent deletion of your account without notice or refund.

8. Verification & Security

• We may request identity verification documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport.
• Verification helps improve trust between members but does not guarantee authenticity.
• Members are advised to personally verify all details before proceeding with marriage discussions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pan India Matrimony provides an online matchmaking platform only. We do not guarantee successful marriage or compatibility between users. The company will not be responsible for:

• Any false or misleading information shared by users.
• Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from user interactions.
• Technical errors, downtime, or data loss.
• Any emotional or financial losses due to communication or meeting with other users.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All payments made towards membership services are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for profile deletion, suspension, or dissatisfaction with matches.
• Refunds are applicable only in case of duplicate transactions or payment errors reported within 48 hours.

11. Termination of Account

We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions.
• You misuse the services or harass other members.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in activities that damage the reputation of Pan India Matrimony.

Once terminated, your data may be retained as per applicable laws, and no refund will be provided.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of the use of this platform shall be governed by the laws of India. All legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Modification of Terms

Pan India Matrimony reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the website, and continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

14. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, network outages, strikes, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
